Heather has a BS degree in Computer Science from Ewha Woman’s University in Seoul, Korea. She came to the US in 1994 and lived in New York City for 4 1/2 years while obtaining a MFA in Computer Graphics in Multimedia at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. In 1998, she moved to Alexandria and worked for the Department of Labor for nine years and NASA Goddard for nine months.

Currently, Heather works as a backend developer and shares an office with Steven Rubin.
